I had the honor of being featured in Madison Magazine this past month. Check out the article here.
The State of Things
Coming through the mess.
Let’s admit it, 2020 was a wreck. For all of you who have come through it, I commend you. We managed.
As for me and my works- in 2020 I lost my job, and all my shows canceled. This derailed a lot of my plans for my artwork and my art production changed. I moved from bones to painting- one large beast of a painting in particular. She will be posted soon, hopefully.
I am hoping to apply for craft and art shows as they begin to rise up from their dormancy, and I will announce those shows soon.
Mid 2021 I will be moving to another apartment, so my studio will be dismantled and reimagined. Hopefully, after the hard work is done, I will be able to get back into production and create more pieces.
Stay strong and enjoy the ride, as wild as it is sometimes.
